Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Photon Research ("Service"), a brand operated by Yando Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore (68 Circular Road, Singapore 049422).

By placing an order or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

Photon Research provides AI-powered research and intelligence reports, including but not limited to: market research, competitive analysis, trend intelligence, due diligence reports, technical audits, and ongoing monitoring services.

Reports are delivered digitally via email in PDF and/or other agreed formats.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed via our website or email. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is required before delivery of the report.

For subscription services (Monitoring plans), billing occurs monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver reports within the timeframes specified on our website (Quick Reports: 4-8 hours, Deep Reports: 6-12 hours, Rush: under 2 hours). These are estimates and not guarantees. If we cannot meet the estimated delivery time, we will notify you.

5. Revisions & Refunds

Quick Reports include 1 revision. Deep Reports include 3 revisions. Additional revisions are available at $15 each.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the report, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We offer a full refund if we cannot address your concerns through revisions.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive full rights to use the delivered report for your internal business purposes. You may not resell or redistribute reports as-is. Photon Research retains the right to use anonymized data and methodologies.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client requests and delivered reports as confidential. We do not share, resell, or reuse any client-specific research. We may use anonymized, aggregated insights for our own analysis.

8. Disclaimer

Reports are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered as financial, legal, or professional advice. Photon Research makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of information in reports. Market projections are estimates based on available data.

9. Limitation of Liability

Yando Pte. Ltd.'s total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific report in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
